Our first hound was named Toby. We named him after the hound that Sherlock Holmes uses in The Sign of Four. He was five years old. He passed away today. It was very sudden. He was, like all dogs, such a personality, and individual, loving and loved. I will miss him. Our other dog, Dexter, is so confused right now he’s sticking to me like glue.
